These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Levelix (“the Bot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including all commands, features, credits, premium systems, leveling systems, management tools, reward systems, economy systems, entertainment systems, and any related functionality, content, or services.
By inviting, accessing, using, or otherwise interacting with Levelix in any Discord server, direct message, or related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Bot immediately and remove it from any server you control.
These Terms are intended to set clear expectations for users, server owners, moderators, staff members, and any other person who interacts with the Bot. They are not a guarantee that every possible risk can be removed. No terms document can eliminate all legal, technical, platform, or operational risk.

You may only use the Bot if you comply with all applicable laws, Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Community Guidelines, and any other rules that apply to your location, server, or jurisdiction.
You may not use the Bot if doing so would violate any law, regulation, platform rule, contractual obligation, sanction, or other binding requirement.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bot is lawful in your country, region, or jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Bot is appropriate or available in every location.

We may improve, modify, replace, suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any feature at any time, with or without notice and without liability of any kind. Features may work differently across servers depending on permissions, configuration, availability, and technical conditions. No feature is guaranteed to remain available, unchanged, or functional.

If a staff member misuses the Bot, that remains the responsibility of the server and the individuals involved. We are not responsible for bad configuration, misuse of permissions, careless staff actions, or poor server management.
You may use the Bot only for lawful, appropriate, and intended purposes consistent with Discord rules, community standards, and ordinary good-faith behaviour.

We may determine, in our sole discretion, whether conduct is abusive, harmful, suspicious, or prohibited under these Terms, and our determination is final.
To protect the Bot, its users, and Discord servers, we may apply technical restrictions including command cooldowns, request limits, energy consumption controls, temporary blocks, permanent blocks, server-level restrictions, feature limits, anti-spam filters, fraud checks, and automated protection systems.
These protections may activate automatically without warning. If your activity is flagged as suspicious, harmful, or excessive, access may be limited, delayed, or terminated without prior notice.
The Bot may include credits or other virtual currency used inside Levelix.
Credits are purely virtual. They exist only within the Bot and have no real-world cash value. Credits are not money, not stored value, not a bank balance, not a debt owed to you, not a security, and not legal tender.

We may offer credit packs, bundles, promotions, starter offers, bonus credits, limited-time offers, or seasonal offers.
For any credits purchase, you agree that:
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is charged back, we may remove the associated credits, premium access, bonus items, or related benefits, and we may restrict your access to the Bot.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, all purchases are final once delivered or activated.
Refunds may be limited, refused, delayed, or denied except where mandatory law requires otherwise, or where we decide a refund is appropriate in our sole discretion.

XP, levels, ranks, bank XP, energy, and all associated progression data are internal gameplay features of the Bot. They have no real-world monetary value and carry no entitlement of any kind outside the Bot.
We may at any time and without liability:
You have no right to any specific XP amount, level, rank, or bank amount, and we are not responsible for XP lost through casino-style features, theft mechanics, administrative action, bugs, or any other means.
If the Bot includes energy systems, energy is a gameplay mechanic and not a real-world resource.
We may change, cap, reset, restore, reduce, or rebalance energy at any time. Energy may be affected by boosts, refills, purchases, progression, or other internal mechanics. No user has a permanent right to any specific energy value or energy behaviour.
The Bot may include simulated casino-style games that operate using XP or credits as in-game currency only. These games may include gambling, jackpot, slots, coinflip, dice, high/low, risk, roulette, blackjack, mines, double-or-nothing, or similar mechanics.
By using these features, you agree that:
If casino-style features are unavailable, broken, delayed, or producing unexpected results, we are not liable for any resulting XP or credit changes or user expectations.
The Bot may include lootboxes, crates, reward drops, claims, or similar systems.

Lootboxes are gameplay mechanics only and do not create a right to any specific reward.
The Bot may include management tools for server staff. These tools are intended only for legitimate server management, moderation, logging, and administrative operations.
If you are a staff member using management tools, you agree that:
We are not responsible for mistakes made by staff, misuse of permissions, poor configuration, or abuse of management tools inside a server.
If you invite or manage the Bot in a server, you are solely responsible for:
Administrators, moderators, and staff are fully responsible for their own actions. If a staff member misuses the Bot, that remains the responsibility of the server and the individuals involved.
To operate properly, the Bot may process and store certain information including:
This data may be stored temporarily or for extended periods depending on operational needs. Logs may be used to diagnose problems, prevent abuse, improve stability, support moderation, investigate bugs, and maintain service integrity. We may access, review, or act on stored data at any time while operating and maintaining the Bot.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Bot may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or offline at any time for any reason, including maintenance, updates, technical failures, hosting issues, Discord outages, rate limiting, abuse prevention, security concerns, changes to Discord APIs or policies, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend, modify, or permanently discontinue the Bot or specific features at any time, with or without notice, and with no obligation to provide compensation or an alternative service.
We do not guarantee that the Bot will always produce accurate, complete, current, or error-free results. Information displayed by the Bot — including XP figures, levels, leaderboard positions, premium status, cooldown timers, balances, and casino outcomes — may occasionally be incorrect, delayed, or incomplete due to caching, database latency, Discord API behaviour, or technical issues.
You should not rely on the Bot as the sole source of truth for any decision.
We take reasonable steps to protect the Bot and its data, but no system is perfectly secure. Security incidents may occur, data may be exposed through bugs, third-party issues, misconfiguration, or unauthorised access, and no service connected to Discord can be guaranteed to be fully secure at all times.
You are responsible for the security of your own account, server, staff permissions, and moderation practices. We accept no liability for security incidents beyond what is strictly required by applicable law.
The Bot may rely on third-party services including Discord, hosting providers, databases, payment processors, analytics tools, and monitoring systems.
We are not responsible for:
Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
If any part of the Bot is sold, offered for sale, or billed through a payment provider, the following applies:
If the payment provider reverses or disputes a payment, we may remove the associated digital goods or access.

The Bot is not an investment, savings, or income platform. It does not guarantee profit, return, fairness, odds, winnings, progression, or value.
All virtual outcomes are subject to the rules, randomness, balancing, and limitations of the service. You accept that different users may have different results.
Any information shown by the Bot is for entertainment, convenience, or gameplay purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice. You must not rely on the Bot as the sole basis for important decisions.
The Bot, including its name, branding, features, text, code, structure, commands, interface design, and related materials, belongs to the operator unless stated otherwise.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a practical, reasonable, and protective manner consistent with the operation of a Discord bot and the protection of its operator, users, and servers.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
